Do you accept Legal Aid Agency rates?
Yes. Our experts work within LAA rates and our quotes are set out for prior authority applications.
How quickly can you find an expert?
We aim to send a CV, availability and quote within one working day.
Can experts visit clients in prison?
Yes. We arrange legal visits, or video assessments where the prison allows.
Do your reports comply with the court rules?
Reports follow CrimPR Part 19, FPR Part 25 or CPR Part 35 as appropriate, with the required declarations.
Do you influence the expert's opinion?
No. Our role is administrative. The expert's opinion is their own and their duty is to the court.
Do you act for the prosecution?
We accept instructions from defence, prosecution and as single joint experts.
